Affiliate Opportunities

The Stanford Center for Carbon Storage (SCCS) is a membership-based industrial affiliates program. Membership is available to all interested companies, government agencies, and non-profits. Please contact Sarah Saltzer, managing director of SCCS for more information.

Membership in the SCCS is open to everyone. The membership fees are renewed annually, although we are interested in multiple-year, long-term interactions. Membership fees will principally be used for graduate student support, laboratory, computer and analytical facilities and administrative costs.

Tier 2: $25,000 per year - NGOs, non-profits, startups

The Stanford Center for Carbon Storage is an Industrial Affiliates Program at Stanford University and is governed by policies outlined in the Stanford University Policies Affecting Industrial Affiliates Program Memberships.

The Stanford Center for Carbon Storage will use and develop open-source software, and it is the intention of Stanford Center for Carbon Storage that any software will be released under an open source model, such as BSD. The program is open to all Stanford faculty who share this goal.
